Testing Hardcore Mode

    I set the server to Hardcore mode for a test. So Friendly Fire is on, nametags off, etc.

    Also- I am only running the open maps, Kharg Island, Canals, Firestorm , etc.

    I took out Seine, Bazaar, and Tehran Highway from the rotation.

    well took it off of HC mode if this is enabled, it requires 8 players to start
